Fixed-Price Repair

A standard fixed-price option for your out of warranty appliance

£159 - £189*

  • ✔ Fixed-price repair – no hidden fees.
  • ✔ Genuine Stoves replacement parts.
  • ✔ Fully qualified Stoves approved engineers.
  • ✔ 3-month warranty on particular repair.

Repair & Care

£27.40 or £27.80* per month for 6 months

(£164.40 - £166.80 for 6 months cover)

  • ✔ A full repair now with benefits of a fixed price repair by a Stoves approved engineer.
  • ✔ No fix, no fee promise – if unable to fix the appliance during the initial repair you will pay nothing.
  • ✔ Replacement appliance if deemed Beyond economical repair after the initial successful repair.
  • ✔ Ongoing maintenance advice and Unlimited breakdown repairs (T&C’s and exclusions apply).

  • Please contact our Customer Support Team on 0344 815 3740.
  • Opening hours are:
    Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00 
    and Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm

Please ensure you have your model and serial number with you to complete the booking. 
You can find this here

  • Repairs are usually conducted during normal business hours. You will receive a timeslot on the morning of the visit from the engineer along with their mobile number and a link to allow you to track the engineers position on a map.

  • Please ensure you have your model and serial number with you at point of booking along with date of purchase.

  • You can easily book a repair online by visiting: Domestic & General Repairs
  • If you would prefer to arrange by phone:
    • Please obtain an authorisation number from Domestic & General by calling 0333 000 4962 or by accessing your online D & G account here
    • Once you have the authorisation number, contact the Customer Support Team on 0344 248 4544 to book a repair.
