- Repairs are usually conducted during normal business hours. You will receive a timeslot on the morning of the visit from the engineer along with their mobile number and a link to allow you to track the engineers position on a map.
- Please ensure you have your model and serial number with you at point of booking along with date of purchase.

- If you would prefer to arrange by phone:
- Please obtain an authorisation number from Domestic & General by calling 0333 000 4962 or by accessing your online D & G account here
- Once you have the authorisation number, contact the Customer Support Team on 0344 248 4544 to book a repair.
