Things to consider
To ensure efficient ventilation, you should choose a cooker hood that matches or exceeds the dimensions of your hob. We have cooker hoods in widths of 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm, to complement our range of built-in hobs, cookers, and range cookers.
The extraction rate of a cooker hood is measured in cubic metres per hour (m3/h) and refers to the amount of air that can be circulated. For the best results, your hood should replenish the air in your kitchen ten times per hour. You can therefore calculate the minimum extraction rate required by multiplying the height, width and length of your kitchen in metres by ten. This means that a kitchen measuring 2.4m x 4m x 4m would need a minimum extraction rate of 2.4 x 4 x 4 x 10 = 384m3/h.
Most people choose a cooker hood in a colour to match their built-in hob, cooker, or range cooker.. We offer black, red and cream cooker hoods, as well as stainless steel hoods. There are matching splashbacks available, too.
Our cooker hood features
Multiple fan speeds
Multiple fan speeds allow you to get the results you need in the most energy-efficient way possible, and with the minimum noise. Many models even have a boost mode — ideal when you need to deal with stronger odours!
Leaving your cooker hood running after you've finished cooking gives the best results, but then you have to remember to turn it off. With timer boost, your hood will conveniently switch itself off after a set period.
Our modern cooker hoods look fantastic in any kitchen. They're made for installation against the wall above your hob, and come in a variety of styles including curved, squared and slimline to suit your aesthetic.
Easy to clean
Easy-clean surfaces make it quick and easy to wipe your cooker hood's exterior down. Select models come with removable grease filters that can be easily hand-washed or put through the dishwasher.
As well as effectively removing airborne odours and grease, our hoods have energy-efficient, built-in lights that make it easy to see exactly what you're cooking on the hob, and provide ambient lighting for your kitchen.
