Frequently Asked Questions
Claims must be submitted online at: www.stovesrewards.co.uk before the deadline of 30th June 2025. Upon submitting a claim, the customer will receive a claim reference consisting of both letters and numbers. This reference will also be emailed to the consumer for their records.
Consumers will need a valid email address and an electronic copy of their proof of purchase, clearly showing the product purchased, the purchase price, the retailer and the date of purchase.
Fully completed and correct claim submissions, together with a copy of the original proof of purchase must be received no later than midnight on Monday 30th June 2025.
All eligible products and cashback values are listed within the Stoves Cashback 2025 Terms & Conditions. Only products on this list which are purchased from a participating retailer between 1st March 2025 – 31st May 2025 will qualify.
A maximum of one (1) qualifying product can be claimed per household during the promotion. The promotion is not available on any second hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock.
Each cashback claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or cashback offer against the promotional product.
Consumers can return to the website to check the status of their claim at any time, by visiting: www.stovesrewards.co.uk and selecting the ‘Check Existing Claim’ button. This is a secure page, where the consumer will be asked for their claim reference and the email address provided during claim entry.

All successful claimants will receive their cashback reward via bank transfer, within 28 days of claim approval.
The successful claimant will receive their reward via a bank transfer to their UK Current Account provided during claim entry. Credit Cards and Chase Bank accounts are not accepted.
The reward will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided during claim entry. In the event the wrong details are provided, please contact the Stoves Rewards Team immediately by phone on 0800 014 8941, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If the reward has already been issued, the cashback reward is forfeited, and the funds cannot be reissued.
In the event the consumer returns the qualifying product, the consumer will not be entitled to claim cashback and any claim will be thereafter dismissed. If a reward has already been issued, the customer must immediately return the reward by contacting the Stoves Rewards team at: stovesrewards@email-360insights.com
For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not prohibit in any way the customer’s right to exercise their applicable or statutory or warranty rights.
