Spiced Roasted Nuts

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the dried rosemary) in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Place this spiced nut mix onto a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper or not, it's up to you) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven, add the dried rosemary and stir until well mixed.

  • 75g cup pecans, raw and unsalted

  • 75g cup walnuts, raw and unsalted

  • 95g cashews, raw and unsalted

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp oil of your choice

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
