Paprika Salmon Skewers


A wonderful recipe served with delicious grains and a radish salad. The Steam & Infuse™ accessory is fantastic as it keeps the fish moist, especially with a bed of herbs, spinach and lemon nestled below it. Use the metal skewers that sit neatly on tray provided makes for effortless cooking.

1. In a bowl dush your salmon pieces with paprika

2. Using the long skewers start pushing on the salmon, peppers and cherry tomatoes. In the tray below, lay out the spinach, lemons and the fresh herbs.

3. Pop the skewers onto the tray above the spinach. Drizzle over some oil and the salt and pepper.

4. Cook for 10/15 minutes until pale pink and all the vegetables are cooked through.

  • 1/2 side of salmon skinned and cut into chunks

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • Yellow, green and red peppers cut into squares

  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes left whole

  • 1 bag of washed spinach

  • 2 lemons sliced

  • Fresh basil and dill left whole

  • Rapeseed oil for drizzling

  • Salt and pepper
