1. In a bowl dush your salmon pieces with paprika
2. Using the long skewers start pushing on the salmon, peppers and cherry tomatoes. In the tray below, lay out the spinach, lemons and the fresh herbs.
3. Pop the skewers onto the tray above the spinach. Drizzle over some oil and the salt and pepper.
4. Cook for 10/15 minutes until pale pink and all the vegetables are cooked through.

Yellow, green and red peppers cut into squares
1 pack of cherry tomatoes left whole
1 bag of washed spinach
2 lemons sliced
Fresh basil and dill left whole
Rapeseed oil for drizzling
