In the cups, half the chocolate and stir in with half the corn flour. Stir.
Then add to each cup half the milk, salt and vanilla stir.
Microwave for one minute then whisk with a fork.
Microwave for a further 30 seconds stir.
If it’s not thick pulse microwave keeping and eye on it till thick.
Stir through some of the crystallised orange and honeycomb.
Meanwhile split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds whip the cream stir through the vanilla seeds and Fra angelica.
Top the warm pudding topped with the posh cream.
