Chilli King Prawn Stir Fry

Method

This is a fantastic recipe that has lots of colour and flavour, utilising the PowerWok™ available on most Stoves dual fuel and gas range cookers, and gas hobs.

  1. Have all your cut veg ready as once the pan is hot as you will be working quickly.
  2. Using a large wok, place on the PowerWok burner and turn on high, we want the pan to smoke a little, add the oil and immediately add the veg, don’t throw it in because of the hot oil!
  3. Toss the veg in the pan, or use a long-handled spoon, keep it moving as we want to just cook the vegetables but not catch them too much.
  4. Cook for a couple of minutes, moving continuously. Reduce the heat a little and add the chilli sauce and stir through.
  5. Serve immediately.

  • 1 head of broccoli chopped

  • 8 baby corn left whole

  • 1 red pepper sliced

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 2 red onions sliced

  • 2 pack choi roughly chopped - leave the leaves quite large

  • 1 red chilli finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil

  • 4 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
