Know Your Model Number

Knowing the model number of your appliance can be helpful when you’re shopping for spare parts, or if you’re looking for a replacement appliance on our online outlet store.  We like to make things as easy as possible for our customers, so here’s some information on identifying your appliance’s model number.

There are a variety of different locations on each type of appliance where the model number may be positioned. However, the user manual that comes with your appliance, whatever it is, will contain the model number.

On our cookers, ranges and ovens, there are three usual locations for the appliance’s model number. Model numbers can be found either on the appliance’s label, on the inside of the oven door, or on the body of appliance when the door is opened. On our gas or electric hobs, the model numbers will usually only be present on the label on the back of the hob.

Microwave model numbers are usually behind the microwave’s door. On our Fridges, the model number may be found on the inner walls of the fridge. If you’re struggling to find it, check behind any movable sections, like the crisper or salad compartment.

This webpage features some diagrams further explaining where your appliance’s model number is likely to be displayed. If for any reason your appliance’s model number remains a mystery, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we should be able to identify your appliance for you, and provide you with the relevant model number.
