We have invested £2.5 million into the service we offer and this means that we now have 300 customer service staff on hand to answer your calls and queries, 363 days a year.

Product Information

Home Delivery

Confirmation of your order
A letter of acknowledgement will be posted 1 day after we receive your order. You will then receive a call from our dedicated Home Delivery Admin Team 1 day after your order is received. This will be to confirm a convenient delivery date, subject to stock availability.

Our Home Delivery Representative will call again 4 days prior to the delivery date to confirm delivery details and your availability to receive your order. A text message will also be sent to your phone if you have provided the number.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED OR AMENDED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AGREED DELIVERY DATE AS THE PRODUCTS WILL BE EN-ROUTE.

Delivery Service
Your delivery will be by a specialised Home Delivery carrier using two experienced man crew for all deliveries. We deliver to the room of your choice (unless we feel that there are any health and safety risks e.g. staircase too narrow, or potential danger of damaging your order or property). We deliver between 7am and 7pm and estimated time of delivery can be obtained from 8am on the day of delivery by telephoning us on 0844 248 4122 (Calls to this number will be charged at 10p per minute from BT landlines. Charges from other providers and mobiles may vary). We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) in most UK mainland areas.

Nationwide Service Engineer Coverage

Fully trained Gas Safe registered Stoves engineers cover the whole of the UK. Engineers are available to call between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (subject to availability).
